In Complete Playground’s case the charitable donations and funds from open play and classes go into creating scholarships, allowing for free school trips, providing sliding scale entry, training specialized support staff, keeping class sizes small, and so much more.

Unfortunately, membership fees paid to our non-profit organization are generally not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.

Taught by experts in their fields, our well-developed curriculum is tailored for each child’s passions and needs, helping everyone accomplish their goals and reach their full potential.

A donation becomes tax deductible when no goods or services are being received. While Complete Playground is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, they are still providing a service and as such it cannot be written off as a donation. We anticipate these classes will be in high demand, so we're setting up a waitlist to ensure you can secure a spot when they become available. You can join the waitlist here

No. Complete Playground strives to limit screen time and encourage real-time experience. Our goal is to stimulate children with education and activity rather than loud noises and flashing screens.

No. We offer Early Childhood Enrichment classes from ages six months to five years old where a caretaker has to be present on premise.

Research shows time and again that children who are fully integrated into a “peer model” approach improve and advance at a much faster rate, helping them to learn the tools and characteristics necessary to become thriving adults.

 

We focus on offering activities and programs that stimulate children to move past any limitations while providing a space for parents to connect. Eligible classes and activities will allow for neurodiverse students at a rate of no larger than 15% of the given activity size. This will include for the additional staffing made custom to the needs of the children.

Complete Playground is a haven for all, and will have both open play and a host of different classes for all ages of children. They will also offer many specialized services for kids with unique needs.

Our open play area for children aged 1-17 YO is available for $40 on all weekdays and $50 on weekends for a 2-hour session. For the most up-to-date membership/class pricing and Birthday Party fees, please contact us (212-248-3030) or visit our website.

Certainly! With our memberships for our classes, your first child's fees remain at full price, the second child benefits from a 5% discount, and all additional children receive a 5% discount as well.

Memberships with a duration of three months or more may be frozen to the following rules: 1. All eligible members may freeze their memberships once a year for personal reasons for a minimum of one month to a maximum of three months. The fee for this service is $55. 2. All eligible members may freeze their memberships for medical reasons for a minimum of one month to a maximum of six months. There is no fee for this service; however, a doctor’s note is required at the time of your medical freeze request. The note must explicitly state that you are unable to exercise for the time you are requesting frozen. Please note: you will continue to be billed (EFT memberships), but the time of your freeze will be added back on to your membership at the end of your agreement.

With our continuous enrollment, you can start your child’s classes at any time that suits your schedule!

Yes, we offer trial classes for some of our programs. To find out more about the latest updates and the availability of trial classes, please contact us at (212-248-3030) or visit our website. We’ll be happy to provide you with all the information you need to experience our classes before committing to a full session.

Seasonal and Other Memberships for Classes: If you have purchased a seasonal or other membership for classes and are unable to complete the season for any reason, please notify us by text or email before your next installment payment is due. No refunds will be issued for membership fees or class payments.

Birthday Party Deposits: Deposits made for birthday parties are non-refundable.

Summer Camp Deposits/Payments: Summer camp deposits and payments are not refundable. However, camp days may be rescheduled, subject to space availability.
